URGENT: SSL Certificate Installation Failure on masozcagir.xyz (Stuck on Self-Signed Cert)

ear Easypanel Support Team,

I require urgent assistance with the SSL certificate installation for my domain: masozcagir.xyz.

The Problem: The site is currently stuck on an untrusted "Easypanel" self-signed certificate. Consequently, all major browsers are showing a "Not Secure" warning.

Steps Taken by Me:

I have correctly set the domain to use the http-01 challenge method.

I have disabled the redirection conflict (renamed .htaccess) to allow the Let's Encrypt validation to complete.

Required Action:

The certificate has failed to provision automatically. Could you please manually remove the existing Easypanel certificate and force the issuance and installation of a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate on the server?
