Hi, on the PR, there is an option to preview the deploy. Click on that -> Search for the Hermes -> Copy the Schema -> Go to Easypanel -> +Service Icon -> Custom Service -> Paste the Schema

Yes, it's normal to use it via the command line. This is because Telegram/Discord/Slack is usually configured to interact with the Hermes Agent.
The option to configure SSH for external access should be included by default.
