Feature request: automatic local backups

Hi everyone, backups are configured per service, so it's easy to forget one when adding a new database or volume (and a kind of boring to always copy the same settings - for storages, for example, I have 7 backups in 7 directories to keep a daily restore point with weekly range).

On servers with many services, that's a real problem.

The idea A global admin option to automatically enable local backups for all volumes and all databases, with:

• Default schedule and retention
• Optional remote destination (S3, etc.)
• Auto-applied to new services, with per-service opt-out
• A single view of all backups and alerts on failure

Better to have too many backups than too few.

And maybe a tag "production" to activate this behaviour (we may win a extra Delete protection with this).

It could become the base for other production safeguards in the future.
