db Retention question

When I change the maximum number of backups to keep, the panel restarts immediately. If I modify multiple backup tasks later, it won't take effect because the panel is still starting up. Could you optimize this issue by performing a timed check every 5 minutes after making changes and then restarting all at once? Why does such a simple problem require user feedback?
